Owner and managing physician.  Dr. Accomando graduated from the University of Bologna Medical School, in Bologna, Italy, and returned home to the United States to complete his internal medicine residency at The Miriam Hospital, a Brown University affiliated program. Fluent in Italian

He began private practice in 1998 with a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare. Dr. Accomando’s (Dr. A) ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, actively listen to their concerns, and provide empathetic care which allows him to build trust and promote positive health outcomes.

Courtney Howard joined FPIM in 2007. She completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Connecticut State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following her passion for medicine, she pursued her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University in 2007.

Courtney is deeply committed to patient care and works to improve the health and well-being of all her patients.

Courtney maintains board certification from the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants and is certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Jill joined FPIM in 2008. She completed her undergraduate studies at Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Science. Jill continued her pursuit and earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra in 2008.

Jill is skilled in managing various medical conditions and works collaboratively with patients and families to ensure the best outcomes. 

Jill maintains board certification from the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants and is certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Amanda joined FPIM in 2014. She completed her undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies. In 2014, she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Amanda believes in making a significant difference in patients’ lives. She takes the time to understand her patients’ health concerns and provides exceptional patient care.

Amanda maintains board certification from the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants and is certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Amanda joined FPIM in 2024. She completed her undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences Studies. She went on to earn a Master of Health Science and Physician Assistant Studies in 2024.

Amanda is board-certified by the National Commission of Certified Physicians.

Amanda is passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for her patients. She takes the time to get to know her patients so she can provide the best care possible.

Adrienne joined FPIM in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, graduating summa cum laude. She then earned a Master of Science in Health Sciences and completed the Physician Assistant program.

Adrienne is certified by the National Commission of Certified Physicians. 

As a Physician Assistant, Adrienne is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She believes medicine is not only about diagnosing and treating illness, but also about building meaningful relationships, listening closely to patients, and ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported.
